- Recognize first-hit versus second factors for TRALI
- Know which cell types in TRALI are protective, pathogenic or if that is unknown (inconclusive) at the moment.
- Understand that IL-10 administration both prophylactically and therapeutically protects from murine TRALI and is a promising therapeutic approach to explore in targeting TRALI in patients.
